Local knowledge
Property managers across
Northern Illinois & Indiana
Rental rules change at the city line. Chicago has its own landlord-tenant ordinance, suburban Cook County has another, several suburbs license every rental, and across the state line Indiana law sets different deposit and notice rules. Our managers work across Northern Illinois and Indiana every day, so your home is priced on real local comps and run to the rules that apply at your address.

Why local matters
Three rulebooks,
one team
The same lease can be compliant in one town and costly in the next. We set up every property for the rules at its address.
01
Chicago's RLTO
Chicago regulates deposits, notice periods, late fees and heat more closely than anywhere else in Illinois. One deposit mistake can cost an owner twice the deposit.
02
Suburban licensing
Joliet, Orland Park and Tinley Park all require rental registration or licensing, and suburban Cook County adds its own tenant ordinance.
03
Indiana law
Merrillville and Schererville follow Indiana rules: 45-day deposit statements, 10-day notices for unpaid rent and Lake County courts.
